Setting up the Video Telephone Entry System with one single TV set is as simple as plugging in the doorphone camera into the video input of the TV set via thin shielded audio cable or  coax cable. To deliver camera signal to multiple home TV's, use an RF modulator. You only need to  attach the latter to the headend of your cable wiring with a splitter/combiner.  To attach multiple video doorphones to the system, including other stand-alone cameras, use an RF modulator with multiple camera inputs. The TriplePlay modulator handles up to 3 cameras or video doorphones.

All modulators, whether with single camera input or multiple inputs, will allow you to dedicate a specific channel to view your camera images either thru your cable box on the UHF band or your TV sets (channels 70 to 125 on Cable or 14 to 69 on UHF).  What is the maximum permissible distance between cam and receiver?
