SaffeGard Q-12 is a series of
doorphone systems that may be configured in a number of different ways in
order to fit a wide array of client's needs. Specifically,
SaffeGard may be configured as a hardwired door entry system
which is mainly offered as a video doorphone system as well as a
wireless door entry system with optional video capabilities.
As a wireless
system it may be configured with a powerwire kit (Q-12WP
& Q-12PP) which
implements communication between the entry Panel and the indoor handset
over the existing power line network. Or it may be configured with the
900MHz radio wireless kit (Q-12WR & Q-12PR) for a radio link between the
entry Panel and the indoor handset.
