You will also set the machine to pick
up calls after
4
rings
as
most
users
do.
This
gives
you
enough
time
to
pick
up
the
phone
on
incoming
calls
while
you
are
at
home
so
you
save
yourself
from
turning
the
answering
machine
on
and
off
all
the
time.
As
to
the
intercom
calls,
the
machine
will
seamlessly
integrate
with
the
distinctive-ring
intercom
operation:
it
will
count
a
complete
sequence
of
room
intercom
rings
as
one
single
ring,
and
will
only
pick
up
the
call
after
the
4th
sequence
of
rings
should
the
called
up
person
not
answer
the
call.
When
users get back home,
they can
either
read
received
messages right off the
voice
mail
machine or from the
privacy of their
own
bedroom via handset. The user
makes
a
call
to
the
machine,
and
dials the remote access code to his individual
mailbox
after
the
machine
picks
up
the
call.
Thereafter
he/she
will
operate the machine
as
per
remote
commands
inherent
to
the
machine,
which
in
many
cases
are
helpful
voice
prompts.
You
may
screen
incoming
phone
calls
by
listening
from
your
handset
to
the
remote
caller
leaving
a
message
and
pick
up
the
call
on
the
spot
should
you
decide
to
answer
the
call.
You
may
transfer
to
the
machine
calls
that
are
directed
to
an
absent
party
so
the
remote
caller
leave
a
recorded
message.
If
you
have
an
exterior
doorphone
station
for
guest
attendance,
you
may
have
the
machine
answer
as
well
the
doorphone
calls
from
eventual
guests
while
you
are
away.
This
is
also
possible
with
the
Controllers
showcased
as
door
entry
systems.
Yet if you prefer your
answering machine not to interact at all with the intercom system,
that is also simple to
do
with
the
Ennovah
Controllers.
Once
that
is
set,
the
machine
will not pick up on intercom calls and will
not be accessible from
handsets
while
remaining
fully
able
to
answer
all
incoming
phone
calls.
