capability.
They
allow
the
homeowner
to enhance the professional image of
a
small
office/home
office
(SoHo)
with
on-hold
music
or
custom
messages to
callers
momentarily
put
on hold.
Use these messages to advertise
possible
products
or
services.
These telephone
integration
systems
feature
an audio port
for
connecting a
radio/cassette
player
or
a
CD
player.

You
may,
for
instance,
prepare
your
personalized
messages
from
your
computer
rewritable
CD
ROM
drive,
and
record
them
on
a
CD
for
your
CD-R/RW
player.
Every time an
external call is put on hold or during an intercom transfer call, the announcements will be played
on
the line to the external caller. By using
an
endless
playback
device
such
as
a
CD
player,
or
a
radio/cassette
player
with
auto-reverse,
no
need
to
ever
reset
the
appliance.

In addition, you can indefinitely park
a
call. You put the caller on hold and hang up to park the call. The caller then remains
on-line with entertaining music. An intermittent ring tone is released every minute
by
the
phones
as long as the call is parked, to remind you of the
awaiting
caller.
The
Ennovah
systems
with
wholehouse
music
capability
automatically
select
the
primary
music
source
to
feed
the
music-on-hold
channel.
If
you
wish
to
release
to
your
callers
music
from
a
different
source
or
custom
announcements,
suffice
it
to
plug
that
appliance
into
the
Music-on-hold
port.
That
source
will
automatically
take
over
the
on-hold
channel.
