Phone-to-Phone Call Transfer

Ennovah Q-26 Series

In many instances, when you take a phone call which requires transfer to a third party, you will want to put the call on hold and consult with the third party before actually transferring the call (screened transfer). In other instances, you simply do not wish to consult with the third party prior to transferring the call (unscreened transfer). You would hope to be able to transfer the call directly to the desired person. You do not need to incur the costs of a second line, landline or cell, just to avoid the hassle of picking up other people's calls and having to look for them all over the home for transferring these calls.

The Ennovah Controllers capable of room-to-room intercom will allow you to take any call and transfer it however you please to the recepient (Q-26/IV only voice page call transfer). Put these calls on hold, then call and talk to the desired recepient and finally transfer. Or else transfer the call directly to the desired person by dialing the appropriate 2-digit code and hanging up.

Connection with the remote line caller is immediate after the recipient picks up the phone. No more yelling to kids and teenagers around the home! No monthly charges for extra phones or phone lines.
