subject to be configured as strictly
hard-wired intercom systems
that
do
not
require
a
dedicated
phone
line
for
their
own
as most
auto-dialer entry systems
otherwise
do,
the OmniCom Apartment Intercom Systems are
immune
to
security
violations
and
call
frauds. Even when configured for auto-dialing, the same security
preventions are in effect with the OmniCom intercom systems.
With optional built-in
camera inside of Entry Access
Panels,
the OmniCom intercom
systems
afford
additional
screening
services
to
residents
with
video
surveillance monitoring.
Concealed
B&W or color camera
inside
entry Panels
will
capture
lobby
scenes
and guests's pictures
which
will be delivered individually to each unit by means of a CCTV setup or
to
the
building
existing cable
system by means of a modulator box. Interconnect with building cable
system allows tenants to view the entry door visitor or scene out of
their regular household TV's on a dedicated channel. Mini wall-mount
LCD screens are also available.
In
addition,
the
OmniCom Apartment Intercom
system
optionally affords
extended
burglar-prevention
security
services
to
residents
on
a
per-unit
basis,
with
addition
of
Ennovah
boxes,
in
a
single
communication/security
package.
Upon
a breakin
thru
an
apartment
entry
door, alarm
alerts
will
be
released
as
a
call
to
a
pre-programmed
surveillance
number
for
the
unit
or
a
relentless
ring
to
handsets
in
the
apartment
unit.
