When owner plans to live in one of the quarters and have other quarters as rental units he/she may desire straight entry security control for the rental units and extended services for his/her own unit (aside from entry security services). This is where these systems provide unique capabilities to meet any set of specifications. The use of other back-end Controllers such as the Ennovah Controllers in conjunction with the OmniCom MPU Controller, all of them interoperating behind the chosen Entry Access Panel, makes such service configurations easy and very cost-effective to meet. For instance the owner may want to exercise video surveillance on the common front entry door of the property, aside from intercom answering service, and also on several other indoor and outdoors areas in his/her own quarter. The owner may simply have instead other entry doors to his own quarter where he needs full or partial security answering service in addition to access services at the common property entry door. This is met with single-button call Panels, a whole range of which is available. In other cases the owner may want such services as phone-to-phone intercom or open voice intercom or other entertainment-like services in his own quarter.
